FAQs

What is The Bolus Club?

The Bolus Club is an online education platform for healthcare professionals, offering short, focused webinars, live sessions and training designed to deliver a “bolus of knowledge” you can apply in practice straight away.

Who is The Bolus Club for?

It is aimed at doctors, nurses, paramedics, ACPs, AHPs and other clinicians who want practical, clinically relevant teaching. It is not limited to one speciality and is not anaesthesia-only.

How does the subscription work?

You can join on a monthly or yearly plan. While your subscription is active, you get access to the full on-demand webinar library, selected live sessions, and member-only discounts on in-person training.

Can I buy individual webinars without subscribing?

Yes. If you prefer, you can purchase access to a single webinar instead of subscribing. You will only be able to view that specific session and any resources attached to it.

What is included with each webinar?

Each webinar typically includes a video recording, key learning points, notes or a summary, and occasionally downloadable resources such as slides or checklists if provided by the speaker.

Do I get access to live events with my subscription?

Selected live events are included for subscribers, and other events may be offered at a discounted rate. Details of what is included are clearly shown on the event and pricing pages.

Can I watch webinars on demand?

Yes. All on-demand webinars included in your plan or purchased individually can be watched at a time that suits you, on desktop, tablet or mobile, as long as you have an internet connection.

What topics do the webinars cover?

Topics span clinical essentials, acute and emergency care, resuscitation and CPR, pharmacology in practice, and practical procedures and skills, with more categories added over time.

How do in-person training and Specialist CPR courses work?

In-person sessions and Specialist CPR training are booked via an online calendar. Subscribers usually receive discounted rates. Details and booking links are shown on the Training pages.

Do you offer any free content?

Yes. We publish free blogs and podcasts so you can get a feel for the teaching style and content before committing to a purchase or subscription.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your account page. You can change between monthly and yearly options where allowed, or cancel future renewals in line with the subscription terms.

What happens to my access if I cancel?

If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose subscriber access to the full library but will retain any individually purchased webinars.

How can I get support or ask questions about a webinar?

You can contact the team via the contact form or support email listed on the site.
